Primary goals

 

In order to comply with the trend of internationalization of education and international academic exchanges, and to enhance the international competitiveness of our school, in August of the year 97 of the Republic of China, organizational and business adjustments were made, and the "Office of International Affairs" was established, responsible for handling tasks such as "promoting international academic cooperation", "encouraging our school's teachers to participate in international academic activities", "recruiting international students", "creating an international learning environment for our faculty and students", and "enhancing the competitiveness and status of our school's international academics"; it is expected to enhance the competitiveness of scientific research and the international academic status of our school through planned cooperation, rewards, guidance, and subsidies, to enhance partnerships between our school and international schools, promote international academic exchanges between teachers and students, and achieve the vision of our school "moving towards internationalization" to become a high-quality university.

 

Main Tasks of this Department

  1.  Actively engage in academic exchanges with international schools.
  2.  Encourage teachers to participate in international and cross-strait academic activities, enhancing the internationalization connotation of teaching and research at our school.
  3. Actively encourage students to study abroad to enhance their professional and language abilities.
  4.  Reward students for participating in international exchanges, competitions, contests, and academic activities, cultivating professional talents with an international perspective.
  5.  Recruit international students and invite international scholars for lectures and academic exchanges to create a campus environment conducive to international learning.
  6. Expand the invitation of sister school students to campus for study in compliance with the Ministry of Education policy.
